Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director to lead the identification, engagement, and management of influencer, ambassador, and affiliate partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand goals and strategic initiatives.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day communications, asset distribution, reporting, and tracking for influencers and affiliate partners, driving key outcomes in collaboration with the Director.
- Develop and execute strategies for tracking posts, content creation, seeding commitments, and delivering insights on progress and KPIs, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Lead product seeding efforts, oversee affiliate account setups, and ensure accurate distribution of codes and tracking links.
- Maintain ambassador and affiliate-facing platforms (e.g., Instagram pages, newsletters), ensuring timely updates on promotions, sales, commissions, and incentives, while identifying opportunities for engagement growth.
- Independently review and approve affiliate applications, prospecting for high-quality affiliate partners to grow the program strategically.
- Contribute to the development and execution of innovative promotional strategies for influencers and affiliates, including conceptualizing campaigns, creating newsletters, and driving content amplification.
- Monitor affiliate program performance, analyze trends, and collaborate with publishers to maximize effectiveness and revenue growth.
- Ensure influencer and affiliate-generated content is leveraged across marketing channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize usage.
- Generate detailed reports and actionable insights for the Director and other teams, assisting with strategic content planning when necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Influencer, Ambassador, and Affiliate Marketing, with proven results managing partnerships and scaling programs.
- Strong expertise with platforms such as Roster, Impact Radius, LTK, and AvantLink.
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing strategies, including Affiliate, PR, Social Media, Blogger, Referral, and Content Marketing.
- Advanced proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of successfully managing complex projects, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and delivering frequent, high-quality updates and reports.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with partners and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other reporting tools; experience with data visualization platforms is a plus.
- A self-starter with creative problem-solving skills, a positive outlook, and a collaborative spirit.
This position can be either in-office at our corporate headquarters in Sandy, UT or a remote position, depending on the candidate.
